Access to centralized, comprehensive, and accurate information regarding the diverse sources and pathways of funding streams is limited. This limited information hinders a significant number of entities addressing nonmedical factors impacting health from sustaining or expanding services in South Carolina.
Purpose
To use current financial resources and pursue additional resources to support current work that addresses nonmedical factors impacting health, expand the work, and keep the work going.
